Coming Forest Bathing Sessions

Kaia will be at the arranged spot to welcome you into this experience. She will carefully guide you through the process of relaxing, opening all your senses, exploring elements of the woodland through open invitations so you emerge revitalized, serene and connected to the natural world in new ways.

Weather considerations: Shinrin-Yoku is delightful in soft rain, but will be cancelled or postponed when high probabilities of storms are forecast. A cell phone number is provided when you register. If in doubt, please text this number and/or check this site for updates.

Please be on time. The introduction giving the context of the exploration will start on time. If you realize you are running late, please text or call before the start time so instructions to help you find us once we set out can be offered without disturbing other participants.
